What each page says
- Bizee Basic: 0 dollars plus the state fee, with one year of registered agent service free with any formation package [126]. The standalone registered agent service costs 149 dollars a year [127]. Bizee’s Standard and Premium packages cost 199 and 299 dollars plus the state fee [126].
- Inc Authority: you pay only the required state fees, and the service is your registered agent for the first year [130]. The page lists a free EIN [130]. The price of the registered agent after the first year is not on the page we read.
Over three years
With the service’s registered agent, Bizee’s own charges over three years are 298 dollars if the renewals cost the standalone price. For Inc Authority we cannot give a total. Neither service publishes the renewal price of the included year, so the calculator counts only the first year for both and marks both totals as minimums.
